The boys have been enjoying their gifts on their Christmas break! They got a nice amount...not so many that they're overwhelmed and don't play well...but ones that they really love and are playing great with!
Some are not so Brady friendly which causes some arguments :-) they have small pieces, like lego, and if he gets ahold of it we end up spending all day helping the others put their things back together. But Brady has his other toys and he is into building things these days so he's got his duplo for that.
Christmas break from school is so nice for a change I'm finding. The boys are relaxed in the morning, not that they sleep in or anything, but they get up by themselves, wake each other up quietly, and go downstairs and put a movie on. We {sometimes} hear them get up but it's been nice to catch an hour or two extra sleep during these few Christmas days.
Now...it's back to business as usual!! We have a team coming on Saturday! We really are excited. But we have a planning meeting tomorrow and then grocery shopping for the team and prep for the week...so the next few days will be busy and full. oh, and I forgot a trip to immigration on Friday to begin visa renewals.
The team is Steinbach Bible College's 3rd year Mission X group, 9 students and 1 professor. We were part of that team waaaaaay back in College :-) Dallas was in that team 12 years ago to Belize and I was 10 years ago to Paraguay. Plus Dallas came along on my trip since we had just gotten married, even though he had already graduated college. Good deal.
